We had a great turnout at the "Ft. Worth Rod & Custom Show" The club had a great display and group participation at Will Rogers Exhibit Hall, all of our cars looked sharp and detailed to the 9's. The carpet went down smooth, everyone had their car ready to go into their spot on time. Earl and Tom already had the stanchions and rope from Charles. Gary hung the banners and marquee. Darren had made some DVDs of our past shows and of last years FWR&C show, they were a big hit with everyone. Sonny's TV and DVD player came through again. Darren got the new shirts with our new logo back and Bobby had some new hats made up and they both looked very sharp. Everything went real smooth. The only thing left was prepping & polishing and hanging out with our friends. During the show over 250 flyers to our upcoming car shows were picked up and over 30 club membership applications. Several other clubs plan to attend our shows this summer. It was nice to see some of our past members showing interest in our club again. We miss them and welcome them back. We had a lot of positive comments about last years shows from people who participated and visitors. I would like to thank the members who showed their cars and the people who help put it all together a lot of hard work went into getting it ready. It was great seeing a team put it all together. The awards presentation was good for us we won six awards out of the ten cars we had presented. Dan Hanisko and Mark Boucher won 3rd in their classes, Ken Reed and Bobby Miller won 2ND in their classes. Rarick Boucher and Steve Valdez won 1st in their classes. I would like to also thank Rubin & Zack Flores, Mark Mixon for their participation. A job well done.

Now we're ready to kick off our "Saturday Night Classic Cruises" car shows. Hard to believe our first show is only six weeks away. We still need more door prizes. Don't forget to get Business cards for our door prize sponsor handout. Our first show will be at the "Texas Grill" in Benbrook located at 9413 Hwy. 377 South on April 22ND from 6-9 pm. Doo Woop Doug will be playing the oldies (REAL RECORDS). We're the only show in town doing that.
